DEM celebrates Pakistan Independence Day in Kashmir
Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) on Monday organized a function in Jammu and Kashmir to celebrate the Independence Day of Pakistan.
A spokesperson of the outfit, headed by Asiya Andrabi, said that “multiple functions” were organized in many districts of the state to “mark the Independence Day of Pakistan”.
“Special prayers were held for safety and integrity of Pakistan in general and independence of Jammu and Kashmir from India in particular,” she said.
“Pakistani national anthem was also sung.”
