Girl commits suicide in Handwara
A girl has ended his life by consuming some poisonous substance in Handwara area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, police said today. An official said that 22-year-old girl (name withheld) consumed some poisonous substance at her home in Shatigam, Handwara.“She was shifted to Handwara Hospital where doctors declared her brought dead,” he said. After completion all legal formalities, police handed over the body of the deceased to her relatives for lasts rites. A case has been registered in this regard.
