Farooq for fresh talks and ceasefire agreement
Dr. Farooq abdullah during a function at jammu told reporters that in the coming month of ramadhan there is an opportunity for both india and Pakistan to go for ceasefire agreement and talk to each other.
Farooq abdullah said that he had been advocating talks with separatists and Pakistan. He said that during his recent meeting with prime minister has appealed for fresh intiative on Kashmir.
Farooq abdullah said that in 2003 borders were more tense but prime minister of the time declared unilateral ceasefire and went to lahore for talks with Pakistan,.
