Clashes,firing erupt at Khudwani Kulgam
Reports this evening from Khudwani Kulgam suggest that clashes and firing has erupted when forces were trying to lay seige of the area.
Locals said on telephone to vov that they were hearing shots of firing and shelling. Reports of people coming out on the streets in Khudwani and adjoining areas are also pouring in. More details are awaited.
