New Delhi; In a statement issued by Ministry of External Affairs,Government of India. President was briefed about the India’s stand on Kashmir and Terrorism. Terror can not be justified under any circumstances and country is victim of cross border terrorism since four decades.Added the statement.
The statement read that all issues can be resolved bilaterally with Pakistan,which has been conveyed to Turkey.
