Mehbooba anguished over Kupwara killing

Chief Minister in a statement has expressed her deep anguish over the civilian killing at Kupwara and said that such unending cycle of violence is pushing the society to darkness. The official statement states that Mehbooba Mufti extended her heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of slain soldiers at Kupwara.
