Srinagar:-one person has died and several others have sustained injuries after forces fire on protesters in Panzgam village of Kupwara.After a gunfight between militants and government forces came to an end,in which two militants and three Army personnel were killed, locals staged protest in front of Army camp demanding body of slain militants.

However, unconfirmed reports said that, Army fired on the protesters resulting in the killing one person and injuries to ten people. Most of them are bullet hit.The slain local has been Identified as Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, S/o Abdul Aziz Bhat, in his around 55-years-old  from Panzgam. Local reports said that, Bhat was hit by bullet and scummed on way to hospital.When contacted , police officials, refused to share any details on the incident.

Earlier clashes erupted in Panzgam and Kralpora after a gunfight between militants and government forces came to an end.
