After the civilian killing in Kupwara near the army camp, the administration has decided to put restrictions in place on Friday to avoid more protests. The district administration of Kupwara has decided to go for undeclared curfew as the killing of civilian and injuries to ten others has spread with rumors in entire district. The internet ban could help little as the rumors are spreading more and more protests in many areas of Kashmir.
