Mughal Road to open on April 23
Srinagar: The only link between Kashmir valley and Rajouri- Poonch known as Mughal Road will be open for one way traffic from April 23 officials said. However the government at the initial stage will allow the traffic to ply from 9 am to 4 pm because of inclement weather conditions all along the road.
