Kulgam observes shutdown against excess force on college students.
Kulgam: A complete shutdown was observed in Kulgam due to which life remained paralysed in this district of south Kashmir on Tuesday.
This spontaneous shutdown was observed against the forces’ action on protesting students at Degree College Kulgam.
Dozens of students were injured after forces fired teargas shells inside the college yesterday.
All shops and other business establishments are closed in the town and other areas,while as public transport is off the roads.
