Srinagar, : A 15 year old Boy Ajaz Nabi S/o of Gh Rasool, resident of Ratnipora Pulwama Kashmir is under treatment for End Stage Renal failure.
His both kidneys have stopped working and he needs immediate surgery and his mother is ready to be donor. The treatment expenditure for the medicine, during the procedure and after the surgery costs approximately Rs 10 Lakh as he has to visit Medanta Hospital New Delhi for the procedure.
