Braid chopping: Protests erupt in Nowgam area of Srinagar

Protests were staged in Nowgam area of Srinagar following an attempted braid-chopping incident.
An eye witness said that scores of protesters, mostly women, raised slogans against the police and administration for failing to nab the culprits.
They were raising slogans against the braid chopping.
