Shopian shuts As locals contest police version
Shopian town will remain shut unless the police will not come clean on the fate of a detaimed local youth.on May 1 police said that Zahoor ahmad turrey escaped from police post keegham and the locals contest this police version.
According to locals it is a case of custodial disappearance as Zahoor was under police detention from year 2015.a resident of bonpora in Shopian town Zahoor was regarded as a galvanisor of protests and stone pelting in the area.
Locals of Shopian have said that they launch agitation and protests unless the police according to them will not come clean on this issue.
