Former BSF jawan killed at Hajin
Reports from Hajin said that on Wednesday evening suspected militants killed a former BSF jawan who took voluntary retirement from BSF.police has identified him as imtiyaz ahmad Parray of Hajin. Police said that they have started investigation into the incident.
Hair chopping of woman at Hanjivera
Police said that they have started investigation into the alleged hair chopping incident at Hanjivera village of chadoora in Budgam district. Reports said an elderly woman identified as Zubeda Begum was at her home on Wednesday evening when some unidentified persons sprayed something on her face before chopping her hair.
Court extends judicial custody of separatists till Oct 17
