Gujarat: The Tata Group has expressed deep anguish over the tragic incident involving Air India Flight 171. In a heartfelt statement, Chairman N Chandrasekaran conveyed condolences to the bereaved families and assured support to those affected.
As a part of the relief measures, Tata Group announced a compensation of Rs 1 crore for the family of each deceased victim. Additionally, the corporation will cover the medical expenses of the injured and ensure they receive full care and support. The group also pledged assistance in rebuilding the B J Medical College hostel.
Tata reaffirmed its commitment to stand with the affected families and communities during this difficult time.
