More Bunkers
Union Home Minister Amit Shah during his latest visit to Jammu said that the government will order construction of more bunkers in the light of recent shelling incidents from across the border.
During his speech he said that already 90000 bunkers have been constructed in border areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
Government is going to make more bunkers on the demand of people after the assessment of border areas.
In Poonch and Rajouri many civilians lost their lives as they came under heavy shelling from across the border.
The Union government is assessing the damages in the border areas and the residents were assured by the Union Home Minister at Poonch that they will do all possible efforts to rebuild their lives and rehabilitate them.
He has assured people of Jammu and Kashmir that despite the security challenges pace of development would be accelerated in every part of Jammu and Kashmir.
The assurance by the Union government will encourage the border residents to start the efforts to rebuild their lives as many of them have been left homeless by the heavy shelling from across the border.
