Bumper apple crop but no takers

Bumper apple crop is being witnessed across Kashmir valley but the market is very slow as there are no takers of Kashmiri apples in the current season.
Apple traders have already appealed to the government to intervene for the prompt transportation of apples to different mandies, but there is a very low price to Kashmiri apples being offered in different mandies of the country due to the huge presence of apples from different countries and also from Himachal Pradesh.
