Winter delicacies in downtown being used by people

During the severe spell of winter especially during the Chillai Kalan, people of Kashmir especially in Downtown Srinagar use winter delicacies like dried vegetables and fish.
They are in great demand during these days of January especially in this wet weather, most of the people love to cook these winter delicacies and enjoy the winter lunches and dinners with their family members.
