After the verdict
Recent Supreme Court verdict on the Babri demolition case has certainly impacted the thinking of Muslims in general but of the people of Kashmir in particular.
People of Kashmir especially the political leaders belonging to different mainstream political parties have expressed their concern over the decision and have decided to chalk out a new political strategy of how to fight BJP in Jammu and Kashmir politically.
Political forces in Kashmir have started thinking about giving a peaceful political fight to the BJP government at the centre for the restoration of special status as recently most of them have been set free and the curbs on their movement have been removed.
In such an atmosphere there is a growing thinking that the mainstream forces should give a united fight to the BJP government and start their political fight on the streets rather than going to the courts to get justice.
People of Kashmir have many reasons not to believe the courts for the justice as even for the restoration of 4G services, they could not get the directions for the immediate lifting of the curbs.
If all political parties who have signed Gupkar declaration will go for a political fight it would be very curious to watch how the government will respond as recently all these mainstream political parties have repeated their unity pledge along with the resolve to fight unitedly for the restoration of article 370 in jammu and Kashmir.
