DLSA organizes plantation drive at BHSS Batmaloo
SRINAGAR, MARCH 12: Government Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Batamaloo, Srinagar in collaboration with District Legal Authority Srinagar and Urban Forest Department held a plantation drive in the Institution, here today.
Secretary, District Legal Authority Srinagar (DLSA), Syed Adnan, DFO, Urban Forest Department, Mr. Zaman and Principal BHSS Batamaloo, Syed Shaheela were present on this occasion. Staff members and a sizable number of students of the institution participated in the plantation drive.
Speaking on the occasion Syed Adnan said that under the instructions of Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir (UT) special plantation drive has been initiated in different schools of the district.
He said that every citizen should plant at least one tree to preserve the environment.
