DDC Ganderbal conducts public grievance camp at Bakura
GANDERBAL, FEBRUARY 29:- Continuing efforts to ensure redressal peoples’ grievances at their door steps District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal along with SSP Ganderbal, Khalil Poswal today held a public darbar at Bakura, Ganderbal.
The camp was attended by ADC, Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba, ACD, Ganderbal, Tehsildar, Ganderbal, BDO, Ganderbal and other concerned officers of the district.
The redressal camp witnessed enthusiastic participation of locals, who apprised DDC about their developmental issues regarding roads, electricity, schools, water supply, healthcare and other issues, seeking his intervention for early redressal.
DDC gave patient hearing to the representatives of the area and assured them that their genuine demands will be addressed on priority, in phases.
Responding to the demands, the DDC said that the district administration is working hard to mitigate the problems of the local population.
During the camp, DDC issued on-the-spot instructions for redressal of grievances of urgent nature. He asked the district officers to maintain close liaison with the local population for timely grievance redressal.
