Snow, rains lash kashmir and kargil
Heavy rains and snow lashed many parts of Kashmir and Zogila pass. Reports said that Zogila pass witnessed fresh snow fall on Friday morning .
Incessant rains have submerged many low lying Srinagar city localities.There are reports of heavy rain from many hilly areas of Kashmir valley. Earlier moderate snow fall was witnessed in Upper reaches of Pahalgam on thrusday morning rains were still lashing Srinagar city and other parts of valley as the report is being filed.
