All educational institutions in kashmir are shut today as the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir ordered thier closure fearing protests and violence on the call of joint resistance leadership. joint resistance leadership has appealed students to protest in thier respective institutions against the growing incidents of braid chopping in kashmir.
