Srinagar : The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday decided to continue with the curbs on high speed internet in the Union Territory till 15 April.

In an order issued by the administration, it is said that the some people inimical to law and order situation were using internet to incite and spread fake news even during the COVID-19 outbreak.

“The internet speed restrictions have, while enabling access to essential services and sites not posed any hindrance to COVID-19 control measures or online educational content,” Reads the order.
