District hospital Anantnag lacks hygiene

Amid COVID-19 threat, hospitals in South Kashmir lack hygiene especially district hospital of Anantnag. Patient care is already very poor, when this reporter accompanied a patient to the hospital, the condition of washrooms is very poor. The wards of the hospital also need lot of efforts from the administration keep them clean. Due to the severe restrictions, hospital administration is feeling helpless as many of their staff members including sweepers have not come to the hospital.
In the present growing threat of infections, district hospital authorities of Anantnag should clean the wards especially washrooms for the safety of patients and attendants.
