Kifayat Rizvi appointed as Hon Gen Sec to JK State Branch of IRC Society
Srinagar : The governor administration on Wednesday appointed Kifayat Hussain Rizvi as Honorary General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir State Branch of Indian Red Cross (IRC) Society for a period of three years.
An order issued by the Financial Commissioner to Governor, Umang narula reads, “Mr. Kifayat Hussain Rizvi, formerly Commissioner/Secretary to government, Labour and Employment Department, J&K, is appointed as Honorary General Secretary to J&K State Branch of Indian Red Cross Society for a period of three years, from the date he assumes the charge of this office.”
Rizvi has earlier served as commissioner/secretary to Government, Labour and Employment Department Jammu and Kashmir.
