Panchayat polls 8th phase: Till noon Budgam records lowest turnout, Baramulla highest

Srinagar :   Central Kashmir’s Budgam district recorded a voter turnout of 6.5%  while  north Kashmir’s Barmulla recorded the highest turnout till 12 noon – 43.6%.

The overall voting percentage across the 14 districts of the state was recorded 34.3 % percent.

Here are the polling figures recorded till 12 PM:

Kupwara 33.7%, Bandipora 10.8%, Baramulla 43.6%, Srinagar 7.7%, Budgam 6.5%, Reasi 62%, Kathua 63.5%, Samba 64.8%, Jammu 64.9% and Rajouri 60.5%.
