Life is still on streets of Kashmir to mourn civilian killings

On Monday morning streets of Srinagar city wore a deserted look as government forces have sealed many streets due to restrictions. Authorities have imposed restrictions in seven police stations of Srinagar today to avoid protests and violence. Reports said that public transport was off the roads and shops were closed in Kashmir valley on the call of separatists against the killing of civilians at Kulgham on Sunday. Latest reports from the hospitals of Srinagar on Monday said that death toll is likely to increase as two more youth are in a critical condition.

Authorities have deployed additional paramilitary troops in entire Kashmir valley especially in south kashmir on Monday to prevent protests. Rail services have been suspended for Monday. Earlier BOSE and other educational institutions have postponed all slated exams on Monday.
