Separatists caged, rail service suspended on thrusday
Authorities have decided to suspend rail service from Banihal to Baramullah on thrusday as the day coincides with the two day bandh call given by JRL against the perceived tinkering with article 35A by the court and the central government.in order to avoid protests and violence today authorities have beefed up security in all the sensitive places of capital Srinagar and other parts of Kashmir especially in south kashmir. Reports said that additional troops were being deployed in all the sensitive places to maintain law and order situation.
Police has kept under house arrest Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Ali Geelani so that they don’t lead any protests in Srinagar city. The roads are deserted with no transport plying and heavy presence of security forces .
