SRINAGAR:-Hizbul Mujahidin chief commander Riyaz Naikoo on Tuesday warned those of taking part in the upcoming Panchayat elections in the state saying they should bring shrouds along with election forms.

“Bring shrouds along with election forms,” Naikoo can be heard saying in a 12-minute video.

“We have brought hydrochloric and sulfuric acid for people who are planning to contest election,” Riyaz is heard saying in the fresh audio.

He also says that the continuous harassment of forces on militant families is a sign of frustration of Indian forces, “ It is a clear sign of frustration, however it is not going to deter us from carrying on our mission,” he says.

Naikoo also accuses media of giving less space to news related to the ‘sufferings of the conflict’.

He also accuses sections of media of running an ‘Anti Militancy’ campaign, “Our houses are ransacked, our families thrashed, that does not make news for you unfortunately and if it does, it is a small news, somewhere in some corner, while if any activity sounds negative against the Militants, it gets the front page space,” Naikoo is heard saying in this fresh audio.

He also accuses “most” of the media men to be corrupt. Naikoo also appealed the shoppers to remove the CCTVs, “We do not want the activities of Militants or our OGWs to be recorded in the cameras, which the Police later forcibly takes,” Riyaz Naikoo is heard saying.

Riyaz Naikoo, 30, who comes from Durbug in Awantipora, Pulwama district is rated as an ‘A++’ category Militant, and carries a reward of 12 Lakh.
