Unidentified male body recovered in Srinagar: Police
Police have sought help from the general people to identify the dead body recovered from Bund Bilal Colony area of the Srinagar city.
A spokesperson said: “Today Police Post Qamarwari received information from reliable sources that an unidentified male body is laying at Bund Bilal Colony.”
“Accordingly, a police team reached the spot and recovered the body. The body has been kept in the mortuary of PCR Hospital for identification. Proceedings under section 174 CrPC have been initiated in this regard,” the spokesman said.
“Anybody having any information regarding the identification of the body may kindly inform Police Post Qamarwari Srinagar on 9596770562, PCR Srinagar on 9596222550, 9596222551, or Police Control Room Kashmir on “100”,” said police spokesman.
