Mir Zahoor , Haq Khan refutes rumors about joining Congress
Srinagar, June 21 : Senior PDP leader,Former Minister and MLA Pampore Mir Zahoor Ahmad has refuted the rumors being circulated on some WhatsApp groups since morning about his joining Congress Party in Delhi today along with 4 other PDP members.
Mir Zahoor told a local news agency over phone that he is at his Srinagar residence and rumors being spread on some WhatsApp groups is totally baseless .
He has appealed People not to believe these rumors as rumor mongers have some vested interest in spreading such rumors.
Meanwhile, another Senior PDP leader and Former minister Abdul Haq Khan has also refuted the reports that he is joining Congress Party. He said these reports are totally baseless and concocted.
Pertinent to mention here that some lesser known WhatsApp groups have circulated the rumor that 5 PDP MLA’s including Abdul Haq Khan Mir Zahoor are joining Congress Party in a Big Function at New Delhi today afternoon.
