SRINAGAR; 14: The Council of Ministers has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.The Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta in his felicitation message, hoped that this auspicious occasion would further strengthen the bonds of communal harmony and brotherhood and usher the State into a period of sustained peace, progress and prosperity.
