South Kashmir : CRPF trooper injured in Pulwama grenade attack

A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) trooper was injured after suspected militants lobbed a grenade on CRPF party in Tahab area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

An official said that grenade was lobbed over a CRPF party deployed for routine duty at Tahab chowk, resulting into the injuries of one CRPF trooper.

However, the injured trooper was shifted to the hospital for the treatment.

Meanwhile, forces have cordoned off the area to nab the assailant.
