Protests shutdown at ganderbal as injured boy succumbed
Amir Ahmad Lone who was battling for his life in SKIMS succumbed to his injuries today resulting in spontaneous protests and shutdown. Reports said that massive protests were going on at kangan and chattergul the native village of Amir.
It is in place to mention that Amir was critically wounded in police action when protests erupted in kangan against the killing of civilian Gowher Ahmad. Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti announced that the cop accused in killing of Gowher would be punished under law.she condoled with the family of Gowher who was killed in the police action.she told media that police used excessive force against the protestors.
