Militants killed in Dooru gunfight foreigners: Police
Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday said that the slain militants killed in south Kashmir’s Dooru in Anantnag district belonged to the Jaish-e-Mohammad(JeM) outfit and were residents of Pakistan.
“Based on the seizures made from the spot and other incriminating materials collected so far have confirmed that the killed were a part of outlawed JeM outfit,” a police statement said.
The operation has ended without any collateral damage, police added.
Earlier two militants were killed in a gunfight with forces at Shistargam area of Dooru.
