Indian Captain Virat Kohli is the most followed active playing cricketer on social media. The Delhi batsman has won hearts everywhere with his stupendous batting talent and candid off-field professionalism. It is evident that wherever India goes to play, Kohli fans are found in the crowd. But, they also exist when he is not there too!

In a match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators in Pakistan Super League, a fan was seen in the stands holding a placard displaying his affection for the player. The message it carried was “We want to see Virat Kohli in PSL”.

Kohli-led India just won their first bilateral series against South Africa in South Africa. A feat that renowned former captain such as Mohammed Azharuddin, Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid or Mahendra Singh Dhoni could not accomplish.

With six franchises namely Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Islamabad and Multan, this is the 3rd season of PSL season. The organizers tried to emulate the glamour of IPL, but are unable to as this edition is taking place in UAE. It started on February 22 with a star-studded ceremony in Dubai.(Agencies)
