Police register case as mentally challenged killed in Budgham
Police said on Monday morning that they have registered a case after airforce station officials of Budgham told them that they have killed an intruder during previous night.
Police said that according to Airforce station Budgham officials the mentally challenged person entered into security area during midnight and refused to stop despite warnings. Police said that they were trying to identify the slain person as he has no identity card and has not even any footwear or proper clothing.
