Medieval times are back highway shut for fourth day
Srinagar Jammu highway after the recent heavy snowfall is closed for traffic for the fourth running day today. Traffic officials in Srinagar said that efforts were on to open the road as more and more landslides were posing problems. Hundreds of trucks loaded with eatables are stranded at Jammu. There is shortage of eatables in Srinagar city and other towns as this highway is the only surface link between kashmir valley and rest of the country.
