Pak describe fresh dialogue offer as insincere
Pakistan foreign office spokesman said that the fresh dialogue offer of new delhi to Kashmir was insincere and not aimed at resolving the dispute.He was qouted by many news agencies saying that unless india does not invite pak and Hurriyat conference for the talks it will yet another time wasting exercise by new delhi.Moderate Hurriyat conference leader Abass Ansari has already rejected any srinagar new delhi dialogue.
