Become police informer to nab hair chopper get 3 lakh reward
Police on Friday has announced cash reward of Rs 3lakhs to anyone leading to arrest of braid chopper.police said that they have constituted special investigation teams in every district to arrest the braid choppers.police has also established helplines in every district of kashmir for people to seek assistance or help.however police statement is silent on the issue if people nab the braidchopper and he is rescued from them what helpline should be used for such situation.
