Kulgam shuts against hair chopping incidents
Reports from Kulgam said that there is complete shutdown in the district against the growing hair chopping incidents. Police has already started investigation in such incidents in the district.
Reports said that at least give women in different villages of Kulgam found thier hair chopped during night hours.
Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti has told police chief SP Vaid to constitute SIT to probe into these incidents.
Reports said that shutdown was triggered in Kulgam when in one of the villages people caught hold of an alleged hair chopper but he was rescued by army as they even fired in air.police has said that they were investigating the incident.
