Congress for structured dialogue with separatists
Congress high command is going to support structured dialogue with separatists to see an end to unrest and violence. Reports said that congress core group headed by former prime minister Manmohan Singh will submit kashmir report to the high command very soon.
Reports said that as main opposition party congress is likely to support dialogue in kashmir.
