Yasin Malik detained on way to Chadoora
Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik was detained on Monday while he was heading towards Nagam to attend the funeral of slain Hizb commander Yasin Yatoo alias Mehmood Ghaznavi.
A spokesman of the outfit said that Malik was detained and lodged at Chadoora police station.
Ghaznavi was killed along with two associates in a gunfight with forces in Awneera village of Shopian yesterday.
Tens of thousands of people attended his last rites at his native Nagam village of Chadoora in Budgam district.
