Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprised of Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik Tuesday called for “Kashmir Bandh” tomorrow on Wednesday.

As per a statement, the shutdown call has been given against the killings of two militants, a civilian and injuring of dozens of protesters at the hands of government forces.

“The shutdown will be a protest against the Indian tyranny and use of brute force on unarmed Kashmiris,” the statement said.

Two militants including Abu Dujana and Arif Lelhari were killed in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district during a gunfight with forces.

A civilian was also killed in force’s action against the protesters.

The killings were followed by massive protests in at least ten places of south, north and central Kashmir.
