Farooq abdullah cautions centre

Former chief minister Dr. Farooq abdullah on tuesday said that central government will have to talk to Pakistan and all stakeholders in kashmir to end the cycle of unrest in kashmir. He said that unfortunately Modi government was still looking at kashmir through security prism.

Farooq abdullah said that when his autonomy proposal was rejected by the central government in the year 2000 he has cautioned them that a time will come when there would be no takers for autonomy in kashmir. Farooq abdullah said that that time had come as people of kashmir not not keen for restoration of autonomy.
