Major reshuffle in bureaucracy,33 transfers ordered.

1. Srinagar:After Cabinet met on Friday in Jammu , a major reshuffle took place. Under the Cabinet Decision No. 62/4/2017 Order No.555-GAD of 2017 the following transfers and postings were ordered.
3. Mr. Krishan Ballabh Agarwal, IAS (JK:1985), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary (Coordination) in the Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi.
   2. Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain, IAS (JK:1985), Financial Commissioner, Agriculture Production Department, is transferred and posted as Director General, J&K Institute of, Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, vice Ms. Vineeta Gupta, IAS, who shall report in the General Administration Department.
   3. Mr. Shaleen Kabra, IAS (JK:1992), Principal Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, is transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal. He shall take over the charge of the post upon retirement on superannuation of Mr. Vinod Koul, IAS on 31.5.2017. Till then he shall remain in compulsory waiting in the General Administration Department. Mr. Farooq Ahmad Shah, IAS (JK:2004), Secretary to the Government, Tourism, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, shall hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, School Education Department.
4. Mr. Navin Kumar Choudhary, IAS (JK:1994), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, shall hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Labour and Employment Department upon retirement on superannuation of Mr. Gauanfer Hussain, IAS on 30.4.2017.
5. Dr. Pawan Kotwal, IAS, (JK:1994), Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, vice Dr. Mandeep Kumar Bhandari.
6. Mr. Sanjeev Verma, IAS (JK:2001), Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department.

7. Dr. Mandeep Kumar Bhandari, IAS (JK:2001), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, is transferred and posted as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, vice Dr. Pawan Kotwal.

8. Ms. Nirmal Sharma, IAS (JK:2001), Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department, is transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, vice Mr. Kifayat Hussain Rizvi.

9. Mr. Kifayat Hussain Rizvi, IAS (JK:2002), Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Tribal Affairs Department. . –

10 Mr. Bashir Ahmad Bhat, IAS (JK:2005), Registrar, . r Cooperative Societies, J&K, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Cooperative Department. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Registrar, Cooperative Societies, J&K, till further orders.

11. Ms. Vipra Bhal, IAS (GJ:2006), Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, is transferred and posted as Controller, Legal Metrology Department, J&K.

12. Mr. Simrandeep Singh, IAS (JK:2008), Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, vice Mr. Manmohan Singh.
13. Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS (JK:2009), Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri. He shall take over the charge of the post upon retirement on superannuation of Mr. Shabir Ahmad Bhat, KAS on 30.4.2017.
14. Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, IAS (JK:2010), Director, School Education, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, vice Mr. Simrandeep Singh.
15. Mr. Mohammad Hussain Malik, KAS, Secretary to the Government, Horticulture Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister.
16. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Beigh, KAS, Director, Agriculture, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.
17. Mir Tariq Ali, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, is transferred and posted as Director, Sericulture, J&K. *f
18. Mr. Asif Hamid Khan, KAS, Managing Director, J&K Agro Industries Development Corporation Limited, is transferred and posted as Director, Panchayati Raj Institutions, J&K, vice Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhat.
19. Mr. Soujanya Kumar Sharma, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, SIDCO, vice Mr. Amit Sharma.
20. Mr. Amit Sharma, KAS, Managing Director, SIDCO, is transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Udhampur, vice Mr. Rajesh Kumdr Shavan.
21. Mr. Tasaduq Jeelani, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, is transferred and posted as Director, Estates, vice Dr. Ghulam Nabi Itoo.
22. Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Relief and Rehabilitation Department, is transferred and posted as Custodian General, relieving Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Commissioner1 Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department of the additional charge.
23. Ms. Babila Rakwal, KAS, Director, School Education, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Director, Eloriculture, Jammu, vice Ms. Manisha Devi Sharma, KAS, who shall await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
24. Dr. Ghulam Nabi Itoo, KAS, Director, Estates, is transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Kashmir, vice Kumar Rajeev Ranjan.
25. Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhat, KAS, Director, Panchayati Raj Institutions, J&K, holding additional charge of the post of Director, Rural Development, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development, Jammu.
26. Mr. Manmohan Singh, KAS, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, vice Ms. Vipra Bhal.
27. Mr. Inderjeet, KAS, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation, vice Dr. Yash Pal Sharma, who shall report in the Health and Medical Education Department.
28. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shavan, KAS, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Udhampur, is transferred and posted as Vice-Chairman, Jammu Development Authority, against an available vacancy.
29. Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, KAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Director, Handicrafts, J&K, relieving Mr. Rajesh Sharma, KAS, Director, Handlooms of the additional charge.
30. Mr. Ravinder Singh, Director, Finance, presently in the Finance Department, is transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Jammu, vice Ms. Babila Rakwal.
31. Mr. Altaf Andrabi, Joint Director, Agriculture, Kashmir, is posted as Incharge Director, Agriculture, Kashmir, vice Mr. Showkat Ahmad Beigh.
