Notorious Ikhwan commander Rashid Billa assassinated.
Srinagar: Suspected militants shot and killed notorious pro-government gunman (Ikhwan) Commander, Rashid Billa at his ancestral town Hajin in Bandipora district, sources said.
Police said that they were collecting details of the incidents.According to sources, militants fired upon Billa indiscriminately and killed him on the spot.
Billa’s name used to send shivers among people for his direct or indirect involvement in extra-judicial killings, rape, abductions and loot during counter-insurgency operations in Kashmir.
